silly silver

Found these on ebay.  Perhaps I can use them to pay for dental work in the event of an economic collapse.  These can be up to 100% silver but are more likely an alloy mix including 28% tin and 4% copper.  The pellets were mixed with mercury in a way to produce a paste that hardens into a solid. (Amalgams...aka silver fillings). Mercury by itself is toxic but once chemically bound to other metals it becomes inert and bio compatible. Just as chlorine is highly toxic alone but once linked with Sodium it becomes something the human body can't live without...Salt.  They were made by Engelhard Industries...world renowned refiner of precious metals (and origin of the James Bond character Goldfinger).  76,80,57, .11",B
